What developer support levels does Vuforia provide?
There are two types of support available for Vuforia developers
- Community forum – A public forum supported by the developer community and monitored by Vuforia technical support. Anyone can view messages. To post a message, you need a valid Vuforia developer account.
- Direct Support – Email support is available, for VIP members and apps on a Pro plan, Monday-Friday during normal business hours Pacific Time.
