What payment methods are available?
You can pay by credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Additional payment options are available for apps on a Premium plan.

What charges appear on my invoice if I'm using a Cloud or Cloud Plus Add-On?
Charges on each monthly invoice consist of two items:
- A monthly charge – The monthly fee for a Cloud or Cloud Plus add-on.
- An overage charge – Charges associated with recos that are in excess of what is included in a monthly plan are called overage charges.
If your app is using a Cloud or Cloud Plus add-on (with limit to 10,000) and your app has 10,500 recos in a month, then the invoice will show the following two charges:
Monthly Fee – Cloud or Cloud Plus = $99
Overage Charges for 500 recos @$0.01/reco = $5.00
When will I get an invoice?
At the beginning of each month you will be billed for the prior month’s monthly service fee along with any applicable overage fees.
How much do I pay if I'm using a Cloud or Cloud Plus Add-On and deploy my app during the month?
In the first month, the add-on’s monthly fee will be pro-rated from the day the license key was generated.
What happens if my credit card is declined?
If we are unable to collect payment on your credit card, we will send you a notification asking you to update your credit card information or ensure funds are available for payment. If we are unable to collect payment in a timely manner, your license key may be suspended and/or canceled.
How to change billing information
You can change the billing information for a license in the Developer Portal by logging in and clicking on your account name at the top of the page.
- Select Payment Method
- In the Payment Method page click the edit link next to the Credit Card or Billing Address sections.
- Edit your Billing Information and click Save.
