What developer support levels does Vuforia provide?

There are a few types of support available for Vuforia developers

  1. Vuforia Library - A collection of articles, guides, and API usage examples to get you startedwith developing with the Vuforia Engine. See for example the Vuforia Features Overview page for a quick introduction on all the Vuforia Engine features.
    • Use the search field in the library to quickly find what you are looking for
  2. Developer Forums – A public forum supported by the developer community and monitored by Vuforia technical support. Anyone can view messages. To post a message, you need a valid Vuforia developer account. Please find the forum at https://developer.vuforia.com/forum.
  3. Production Support – Email support and correspondence is available for Premium plan holders from Monday-Friday during normal business hours Central European Time (CET). Get in touch on https://developer.vuforia.com/support/contact/cloud.
