What developer support does Vuforia provide?

Vuforia Engine has various types of support available for Vuforia developers, which are also viewable in the Support Center.

  1. Vuforia Library- A collection of articles, guides, and code examples to get you started with developing the Vuforia Engine SDK.
  2. GitHub- An issue-only repository for Vuforia Engine that you can use to report issues and share feedback.
  3. Stack Overflow- Ask questions and discuss with other developers via the official Vuforia tag on Stack Overflow.
  4. Direct Support– Email support and correspondence are available from Monday to Friday from 9-5 Central European Time (CET) for login, registration, and billing questions.
    NOTE: You might need to log in to access the support forms.
  5. Production Support- For certain plan holders, we offer developer support from 9-5 Central European Time (CET) from Monday to Friday.
    NOTE: Access to this form requires a paid plan or subscription.
  6. Troubleshooting – A set of instructions on debugging and resolving common problems.
